Russia’s proposal to US for cooperation in Qabala radar station remains in force, said Vasily Istratov, Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, APA reports.
US Assistant Secretary of State Daniel Fried also said that USA would develop negotiations with Russia over this issue.
