Azerbaijani President receives credentials of EU Ambassador Alan Waddams

Alan Waddams said European Union regarded Azerbaijan as an important partner in the region, the relations between the EU and our country were developing and underlined that he would do his best for further extension of these relations.

President Ilham Aliyev said Azerbaijan’s relations with the European Union were developing successfully and underlined that Azerbaijan actively participated in the new neighborhood policy.

The head of state expressed his confidence that Azerbaijan-EU cooperation would further develop.
