Ali Hasanov: "Azerbaijani government is against any actions and violence targeting mass media"

Persons, who committed this crime, regardless of their party belonging and reasons, which caused them to undertake this step, will be found and punished. A definite crime has taken place and the law-enforcement bodies are investigating it".

The due announcement was made by Ali Hasanov, chief of sociopolitical department of President's office, commenting on the attack against Azadlyg newspaper reporter Agil Halil.

He said the government is against any actions and violence targeting mass media.

"The law enforcement bodies were instructed to find those guilty of the crime", he said.
