Azerbaijan's opposition parties urged to declare sources of financing

MP Mubariz Gurbanoglu, Deputy executive secretary of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party, said that the opposition parties still do not declare their sources of financing, as these sources are doubtful.

"In line with the working laws "On political parties", sometimes the parties must make information about their fiscal activity and financing sources public. Yet the opposition parties do not fulfill this requirement.

The Yeni Azerbaijan Party undertake steps, envisioned by the law, and declares its sources of funding. If any party hides its financial reports, the due bodies should pay attention to it".
