13 December 2007 [17:13] - TODAY.AZ
Official Yerevan faced a problem after the forced settlement of Armenians in the Azerbaijani region of Lachin, occupied by Armenia.
The information has been provided by Faig Ismaylov, chairman of the Organization for Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments in the occupied Azerbaijani lands.

3,000 out of 10,000 Armenian families, who were forcedly resettled from Armenia to the Lachin region, have left the area because of poor conditions.

The Armenian government, concerned with the desertion of the region, established the Software Development Coalition of Kashategh (Lachin)-Artsash in Lachin for provision of financial assistance to Armenians.

The organization will mediate between shareholders and customers (Armenians settled there).

If the organization is not registered in the United States, it will be registered as an open joint stock company in Khankendi.

Each resident of the region will receive stocks in the amount of $ 1000 stake
