Ship detained in Kazakhstan waters has nothing to do with Azerbaijan - SBS chief

The ship, that was detained in Kazakhstan section of the Caspian Sea and the crew of which is said to be Azerbaijanis, sailed under Kazakhstan's flag, chief of State Border Service Elchin Guliyev said.

He said that the ship has nothing to do with Azerbaijan. "Azerbaijanis can work there, but if is belongs to Kazakhstan we can not say it is Azerbaijan's ship," he said. APA
