U.S. government has not changed its policy regarding Nagorno Karabakh conflict, State Department official says

The State Department official said there were not any momentums in conflict with the external policy in the initial 2006 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices.

"Our policy regarding the Nagorno Karabakh conflict has not changed, and there is nothing contrary to our foreign policy in the report.
