Member of House of Lords Nazir Ahmad: "Nagorno Karabakh is inalienable part of Azerbaijan"

"I visited Nagorno Karabakh as a member of British Delegation. Nagorno Karabakh is inalienable part of Azerbaijan. Internally displaced persons should be brought back to their homelands," The only Moslem member of British House of Lords Nazir Ahmad told journalists.

As APA reports, Mr. Ahmad said international community is responsible for providing bringing IDPs back to their original places "International community must help refugees to return home. As to elections in the occupied territories, I wonder how elections could be held if the territory is not settled by people? It is not a right step. When people are back to their homes then any election can be subject to talks".
