Court considers suit of Ali Insanov against YAP official

Agaveys Shahverdi and Togrul Agayev, lawyers for Ali Insanov asked to allow Ali Insanov’s participation in the trial grounding that their petition for Ali Insanov’s participation was met.

Judge Ilham Agayev said that trial on case of Ali Insanov in the Court of Grave Crimes was simultaneous with the preliminary court proceeding and they waited for the court's decision. He noted that the petition can again be considered. Following this, Shahverdi and Babayev left the court room as their term of office expired.

Ali Ahmadov's representative Ikram Shirinov said that the rules on sending the suit and petitioned for sending the application to Yasamal district court. He said that the defendant lives in Yasamal district, not in Sabayev district. The petition was dismissed.

The next process will be appointed after Ikram Shirinov is given five-day period to file an appeal against the court's ruling, APA reports.

Ali Insanov accused Ali Ahmadov of false information about him and demanded him to apologize and refute his reports.
