Ex-Minister to be sentenced tomorrow

Cases of Akif Maharramov, Eldar Rzayev, Haji Aliyev, Shovgu Jafarov, Alexander Umnyashkin, Vekil Abbasov, Fakhraddin Abbasov, Parviz Kazimov, Anar Namazov and Fuad Mahmudov are being considered, APA reports.

The rest of defendants, except Ali Insanov are?on bail. They faces charges on Articles 1789.3.2 (embezzlement), 306.2 (ignoring court's judgment, decision), 308 (exceeding power), 311 (bribery), 313 (abuse of power).

The charges against the ex-Minister on attempt to mass unrest and seizing power by violence will be separately considered.
