Musavat leader: "Iltizam Ekberli refuses to be in Azerbaijani delegation to PACE"

He said that an opposition member is to be represented in the delegation to PACE. Musavat leader said they nominated Nasib Nasibli's candidacy and they will insist on it.

"Nasib Nasibli is Doctor of Science, expert on international affairs, he has experience and ties and he knows English and Russian. His participation in the delegation will be more useful. Parliament should have appointed Iltizam Ekberli. Iltizam Ekberli said parliamentarians from Musavat support Nasib Nasibli’s participation," he said.

Isa Gambar said Ekberli will not be represented in the delegation, APA reports.

"Iltizam Ekberli told Safa MIrzayev that Nasib Nasibli should be represented in the delegation," he said.
