Azadliq alliance intends to hold rallies after PACE session

Ali Aliyev, chief of Citizen and Development Party told the APA that the Board of Chairmen is at present discussing preparations for PACE session.

Ali Aliyev said Azadliq alliance always prefers mass rallies and rallies hold one of the most important places in the action plan of the alliance for 2007.

"The Board of Chairmen made a decision on holding mass protest actions as a protest against the rise of prices for energy deliveries and the decision is still effective. We intend to start these rallies after the session of the PACE. But we will not hold these actions far from the center of the city. Basing on the demands of the freedom of assembly we will hold rallies in the center of the city," he said.
