Petition for Huseyn Abdullayev's medical examination satisfied

Lawyer for Huseyn Abdullayev told the APA that he was called to the Investigation Department of General Prosecutor's office. After getting acquainted with the decision of the investigation, the lawyer visited Bayil Detention Place #1 along with members of the investigation group ad informed Huseyn Abdullayev of the decision.

MPs Fazail Agamali and Huseyn Abdullayev had a conflict at the parliament's sitting on March 16. Fazail Agamali appealed to the law enforcement bodies and said that he was offended and underwent physical pressure.

The parliament annulled Abdullayev's parliamentary immunity at Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov's demand.

A criminal case has been launched against him on Article 221.2.2 (hooliganism) and 132 (beating). Huseyn Abdullayev, sentenced to two-month imprisonment by Nasimi district Court, is kept in Bayil Detention Place #1. Appeals court upheld the decision of Nasimi district Court.
