Baku police waits for Major Office's decision on rallies

Baku Main Police Board (BMPB) waits for the decision of Baku Major's Office on rallies, said BMPB public security department chief Shamil Seyidli.

He told the APA that if the major's office responses positive to the rallies, police will ensure the security of the rally members.

"Baku Major's Office has set venues for rallies, protest actions. If the rally set by the opposition is held in the defined venues, we will ensure their security. But if the rallies are not allowed, and then the police will prevent any action," he said.
