Captured Azerbaijani soldier Samir Mammadov's first letter delivered to his family

The officers of International Committee of Red Cross delivered the first letter of Samir Mammadov who was captured by Armenians on December 24.

Official of ICRC Azerbaijani Office Public Relations Department Gulnaz Guliyeva told APA that two letters written by Samir's family has been delivered to the soldier up to now.
