President Aliyev offers condolences to acting Turkmen President

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev sent a message of condolences to acting President of Turkmenistan, Kurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, on the death of President Saparmurat Niyazov.

"In my own name and in the name of the Azerbaijan people I extend sincere sympathies and condolences to You, family and friends of the late President, and all the people of Turkmenistan," the message says. AzerTAg
