President appoints Tahir Kerimov Azerbaijani Ambassador to Malaysia

President Ilham Aliyev has decreed to appoint Tahir Kerimov as Azerbaijani Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Malaysia.

President also conferred the rank of extraordinary and plenipotentiary on Tahir Kerimov, APA reports.
