Azerbaijan for peaceful resolution of Iran N-issue

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said on Monday that Iran has the right to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes.

According to Azerbaijan's Turan news agency, Mammadyarov's remarks came as he addressed the opening session of the political committee of the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly (PACE).

He stressed the importance of resolving all remaining issues of Iran's nuclear case through negotiation or other peaceful means. IRNA
