Asadov meets Moldavian Ambassador

Asadov congratulated Robu on starting his activity as ambassador and wished him every success. MM chairman said Azerbaijan attaches a great importance to cooperation with Moldova, as one of the first countries to recognize independence of Azerbaijan. He pointed out that mutual visits of delegations of both countries provide a basis for political, economic and cultural cooperation. Parliamentarians of both countries take common stand on important issues within international organizations.

Ambassador Ion Robu said he will try his best to deepen Moldova-Azerbaijan relationship. According to the diplomat, cooperation between the countries will continue to develop.

The meeting also focused on a number of other issues of mutual interest. AzerTAg
