Court sitting on Eynulla Fetullayev's appeal scheduled for Dec 11

Eynulla Fetullayev's representative Isakhan Ashurov told APA that the trial was scheduled for Dec 11.

According to the appeals by Ramil Usubov, Minister of Interior Affairs, Eynulla Fetullayev got a two year suspended sentence. The Minister's appeal against court's decision was not declared admissible.

The reason of the Minister's appeal to the court was the article "End of Antibiotic." The Minister claims that the article insults his honor and dignity.
