Report on Azerbaijan to be discussed in PACE spring session

I hope that PACE co-rapporteurs Lloyd and Herkel's report will be objective, the head of Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Samed Seyidov told the journalists.

He said that the co-rapporteurs have been paved the way for monitoring. "Co-rapporteurs preliminary monitoring will be discussed in early December in Paris. The report will not be discussed in winter session of PACE. The preliminary variant of the report will be announced only to Monitoring Committee members in session to be held in January. But the issues concerning Azerbaijan will be discussed in April," he said.
