National Security Minister meets NATO Secretary General's Special Representative

Eldar Mahmudov welcomed the rapidly developing Azerbaijan-NATO cooperation as well as stressed the successful implementation of the Individual Partnership Action Plan between the Organization and his country.

Eldar Mahmudov reaffirmed that fighting terrorism is one of the priorities of his ministry, saying this fight can be effective only if international efforts are consolidated.

Robert Simmons, for his part, expressed his satisfaction with the discussions he held in Azerbaijan, and described the relations between NATO and Azerbaijan as rapidly developing. AzerTAg
