President Aliyev to address Parliament

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev will address the first sitting of Milli Majlis autumn session on October 2.

The head of state will deliver an opening speech at the autumn session, President's press service told the APA.

25 issues will be on the agenda of this session.
