Azeri MPs to attend PACE winter session

The Azerbaijani parliamentarians led by Samad Seyidov, chairman of the Milli Majlis standing commission on international relations and inter-parliamentary ties, head of the permanent delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, will partake in the Assembly's winter session in Strasbourg, France, 3-7 October.
