Ilham Aliyev congratulates Afghanistan President on Independence Day

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan sent message of congratulation to his Afghan counterpart Hamid Karzai on the national holiday of his country - the Independence Day.

As APA reports, the head of state expressed confidence that the existent historical friendly relations between two countries would be a firm ground for further cooperation for welfare of both nations.

Azerbaijan President extended his best wishes to Mr. Karzai, and to the friendly people of Afghanistan - peace and stability.
