CE Secretary General special representative on Azerbaijan takes up his duty

As APA reports, special delegation will take up his duty by tomorrow.

It should be noted that, Denis Bribosia Belgium in origin, is a lawyer, specialist on human rights. He has worked in Belgium as a lawyer for a time, in 1994 worked in European Court for Human Rights, headed the mission within the Commissariat for Human Rights within UNO in Cambodia, made close cooperation with Council of Europe within human rights in definite posts.

Since 1998 he has been working in Council of Europe for Human Rights in Supreme Leadership on European Convention information department, his last post was Committee Secretariat for defense of tender age children from the sexual exploitation.

Denis Bribosia said that fundamental changes will be implemented in Council of Europe Office in Baku, and he will try this office to be a model in the region. Denis Bribosia has visited Azerbaijan for three times, the last time last month he visited Baku related to preparation of implementation of his new duty.
