As REGNUM reports, during the meeting De Boado noted that his visit to Armenia was of familiarization nature and had a task of preparing Spain to its OSCE chairmanship next year. During the meeting, they discussed OSCE programs held in Armenia.
They also spoke about issues concerning OSCE assistance in improving election legislation. Under the guests’ request the foreign minister reported on the current stage and prospects of the negotiation process in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict as well as current state of the Armenian-Turkish relations.
