President Aliyev to attend GUAM Summit in Kiev

"On May 22-23 President Ilham Aliyev will attend the GUAM summit in the Ukrainian capital," said Novruz Mamedov, chief of the presidential administration's international affairs department.

According to Turan news agency, he added that at the end of May Ilham Aliyev will visit Paris to attend the session of NATO's Parliamentary Assembly.

The meeting between Armenia and Azerbaijan's Presidents was earlier planned to be held during the Paris forum on May 25-26, but Kocharian refused to accept his invitation from the head of NATO's PA Pierre Lelush, referring to his "busy working schedule."
