PACE readers of supplementary reports for Azerbaijan to visit Baku after reelections

PACE readers of supplementary reports for Azerbaijan are going to visit Baku following the reelections to Milli Medjlis (parliament) of the country, Estonian speaker Andres Herkel stated.

"Me and Andreas Gross (PACE speaker from Switzerland) will come to Bank as speakers following the reelections," - Herkel said, adding that this matter had already been coordinated.

As to involvement of speakers in PACE monitoring mission, Herkel said this matter is linked to reduction of number of observers from 40 to 20.

"Nevertheless, we stay in Azerbaijan till the end of May," - he concluded, according to Trend.
