The Armenian side presented a new package of proposals to Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said during a press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on December 23 in Moscow, Trend reports.

"We learned about the fail of the third round of negotiations on a peace treaty just the day before. I would also like to draw attention to the campaign of manipulation that accompanied this fail of the negotiation process. Literally a little more than a day ago, late in the evening on December 21, on the eve of the agreed date of negotiations, the Armenian side presented a new package of proposals to the Azerbaijani side, which was worked out on the basis of those documents and the package that was presented to the Armenian side a month ago. At the same time, almost simultaneously, the Armenian social networks reported that Azerbaijan refused to participate in the negotiations. This creates manipulation of public opinion," he said.
