Rassel Johnston’s report on Nagorno Karabakh confirmed in the PACE subcommittee

APA was informed by the member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE, parliamentarian Asim Mollazade. According to him, the report analyzed the main principles adopted by the PACE in the winter session last year.

The report also covered the occupation of the territory of Azerbaijan, problem on refugees and internally displaced persons, ethnic cleaning in the occupied territories. Rassel Johnston also touched on the facts on illegal settling in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. It was stated in the document that the subcommittee will further continue its activity meeting the resolution of the PACE.

It should be noted that, head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE Samad Seyidov and head of the Azerbaijani standing representation at the Council of Europe ambassador Agshin Mehdiyev attended the sitting of the subcommittee.
