CEC is reviewing compalints in a fast manner forwarding them to the Prosecutor General's Office

Enver Aliyev, a member of the CEC informs that some appeals received by the CEC described criminal actions and that is why the CEC sent those appeals separately to the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Aliyev said that in compliance with the law, the complaints entering to the CEC were not put for discussion but directly sent for an investigation which will allow to apply necessary measures.

According to Aliyev, one of the complaints presented to him on November 18 contained serious irregularities of a criminal character and the facts were submitted to the Prosecutor General’s Office.
