The date of Guliyev's return will become known on November 3

APA was informed about it by the member of the ADP Supreme Majlis Taliyat Aliyev. He informed that Rasul Guliyev’s returning to Azerbaijan has already been decisively determined however the date of realization of this process depends on the decision of the Supreme Majlis," said Aliyev. According to that decision, Rasul Guliyev will be define for himself steps to be taken.

The ADP member said that the decision of the party is important for Rasul Guliyev: "I have information that an airplane ticket has already been booked for Rasul Guliyev. However, he will not return to Azerbaijan as an individual. From this view-point, the question of his security falls upon the party".
