14 observation groups of the OSCE each comprised of 2 experts will arrive in Azerbaijan early this September, according to a report developed by the OSCE Office for Democratic Instates and Human Rights on the base of a weekly monitoring by a demand estimating mission.
The report notes that experts groups will be placed in Azerbaijan on long-term basis until the day the day of publication of official results. Simultaneously, one or two observers will be sent to Baku to participate in the registration of candidates.
However, major part of OSCE observers will be dispatched on the eve of the voting day.
Around 500 short-term observers will arrive in Baku on the eve of the parliamentary elections due in November to hold monitoring of the voting, as well as participate in the calculation of votes.
Authors of the report underlined the necessity of commenting a monitoring within 60 days of the elections day.
