Ilham Aliyev met with presidents of Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Estonia

The president Ilham Aliyev who was on an official visit in Ukraine yesterday met with the president of Moldova Vladimir Voronin after the private meeting with the president of Ukraine Viktor Yushshenko.
According to the information entered APA from the press-service of the President’s Office, development of the relations between Moldova and Azerbaijan was discussed in the meeting. Then the head of the state met with the president of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili.

The presidents stressed with assurance that building of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline had been completed successfully in spite of all obstacles and the Baku-Tbilisi-Arzurum gas pipeline would be put into operation in time. The presidents informed that the relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia had strengthened more during the last years and stated that the participants of the Kiev forum also worked for regional collaboration.

Another state head the president Ilham Aliyev met with was the president of Estonia Arnold Ruuytel. An exchange of views on perspectives of the two-sided relations also was held in this meeting.
