T.Davis: "We do not try to change the structure and working principle of co-rapporteurs of Minsk group"

This statement was made by Secretary General of Council of Europe Terry Davis.

Stating that OSCE Minsk Group is tackled with mediator mission for the regulation of the Karabakh conflict, Secretary General considers that the co-rapporteurs do much for the solution of the problem: "Karabakh problem should be solved by meeting the interests of both Armenia and Azerbaijan".

Dealing with the estimation of military operations restoration, T.Davis said that if any side attempts to do it, the Council of Ministers will take preventing steps not waiting the decision of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe.

Secretary General also expressed opinions on the report on the conflict drown out by David Atkinson: "I can not give way the report of David Atkinson on Nagorno Karabakh to cause to use force. On the contrary, it is stated in the report that, using force cannot be as a means in the regulation of the Karabakh conflict".
