Meeting of speakers of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia and Armenia due in Moscow

According to Aliyev, the date of the meeting was coordinated during the visit of the Chairman of the Russia Council of Federation, Sergey Mironov, to Baku. At the meeting the 'four' will discuss the prospects for development of interparliamentary relations.   

The 'four' earlier planned to meet in April in Tbilisi, but due to the lack of coordination the meeting had been delayed.
