Gulamhuseyn Alibeyli: "Till the next session of PA CE Rahim Gaziyev and the ones arrested because of October events will be set free"

"If the responsibilities taken are not fulfilled until April, proxies of Azerbaijan delegation may be stopped".
This is told by Gulamhuseyn Alibeyli- member of Azerbaijan delegation in Parliamentary assembly of Council of Europe (PA CE) (APA).

G.Alibeyli touching the matter of political prisoners stated that, Rahim Gaziyev is mentioned as a political prisoner in the documents of CE: "I consider that, till the next session of PA CE Rahim Gaziyev and the ones arrested because of October events will be set free".
