Azerbaijan, Russia boost coop

An Azerbaijani delegation led by Minister of Emergency Situations, colonel-general Kamaladdin Heydarov has visited Moscow, Russia.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the goal of the visit was to participate in an event organized by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Affairs for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters.

During the trip, the Azerbaijani delegation had a number of meetings with officials of the Russian Ministry to discuss prospects for cooperation between the two countries` emergency situations authorities.

Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry for Affairs for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters were presented medals and badges for their contributions to development of bilateral relations between the two countries` ministries.
