Run-up for construction of oil refinery underway in Turkey

"Run-up for the construction of oil refinery in Turkey is underway", President of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev told journalists.
"The initial projects are ready", Abdullayev added. The launching of the refinery is scheduled for the end of 2013.
