Azerbaijan's junior judo team takes 7th place in European championship

On the final day of the championship, two Azerbaijani athletes took to the mat in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Both of them - Shahin Mammadov (90 kg) and Elmar Gasimov (100 kg) - took the 5th place.

In a team event, Azerbaijan’s national men's team, took 7th place among 38 countries with a bronze medal, two 5th places and one 7th spot. Russian wrestlers were the best with two gold, silver and bronze medals.
