Turkish State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc went Monday to United Arab Emirates to attend a conference on public and private sector partnership.

Arinc will deliver a speech Tuesday at the conference held under the "Friends of Democratic Pakistan" event.

Officials from many countries including UAE and Pakistan will attend the conference.
