FIFA to hold seminar and festival in Baku

In the framework of FIFA's Grassroots program, a seminar will be held here on Dec. 16-19 and festival on Dec. 20.
The seminar will be co-chaired by FIFA coaching instructor Horste Kreite and coach of Azerbaijan`s national under-17 football team Oliver Pelzer.
