Turkish President's intention to visit Armenia confirmed officially

President of Turkey Abdullah Gul will visit Yerevan on September 6 by invitation of Armenian leader Serzh Sargsyan to attend the football matches between the teams of the two countries in the framework of a qualifying stage of 2010 world championship, reports the press service for the Turkish leader.

It should be noted that earlier the information about the plans of the Turkish leader to visit Yerevan was provided by unofficial sources.
