Conference on fourth anniversary of Azerbaijan's State Program for Socioeconomic Development of Regions to be held in Baku

The due information has been provided by Novosti-Azerbaijan with reference to Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economic Development.

The opening ceremony will be attended by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister Artur Radizade, government members, leaders of diplomatic corps, accredited in Azerbaijan, NGO and mass media representatives.

Right before the conference, President Ilham Aliyev will visit an exhibition of country's production, to be arranged on the ground floor of the palace. The conference will continue its work in different sections following its official opening.

It should be reminded that the State Program for Socioeconomic development of the regions of the Azerbaijan Republic (2004-2008) was adopted by President Ilham Aliyev on February 11 of 2004.

The program fixes main trends of state policy and state support in various regions and zones and factors of economic development.
