Elchin Behbudov to monitor Bayil jail

Head of Azerbaijani Committee against Torture Elchin Behbudov will monitor Bayil jail #1.

Soon he will visit the jail and listen to the complaints of the prisoners. Behbudov said he also plans to visit Azerbaijani parliamentarian Huseyn Abdullayev, who was detained for the incident occurred at the Parliament and is being treated in Justice Ministry's medical center in Boyuk Shor. APA
