Real estate appreciates 15% in Azerbaijan, Jan-Feb

Azerbaijan's real estate market prices rose 15% during January-February, said Real Estate Market Participants Union CEO Nusrat Ibrahimov.

He quoted realtors saying March witnessed relative stability, compared to the previous months. "It is difficult to forecast anything because of risks," he added.

He said the regions have more rapid growth unlike Baku and there is relative rise in Ganja and Sumgait, the large industrial cities of Azerbaijan.

Mr. Ibrahimov noted that there are about 800 realtor agencies in Azerbaijan and over 5,000 realtor individuals, APA-Economics reports.
