World Bank to consider Azerbaijan Real Estate Registry Project

March 21, the World Bank Board of Directors will have discussion over financing Azerbaijan Real Estate Registry Project.

The WB Office in Baku told APA that a $30m loan for 20 years (Libor +0.5% per annum) will be extended through the EBRD to finance the five-year project.

The project participants are Azerbaijan State Real Estate Registry Service, State Land and Cartography Committee and State Agency for Public Property Management.
