Soldier sentenced to 15 years for murder

Military unit #N soldier Ruslan Mayilov received verdict at the Grievous Crimes Court presided over by Mursel Alitev.

He was sentenced to 15 years in jail for murdering soldier Mubariz Huseynov, APA reports.

He was found guilty under the articles 120.2.11 (deliberate murder), 181.2.4 (banditry damaging victim), 181.2.5 (banditry by using ammunition), 181.3.3 (banditry damaging victim's health), 228.4 (illegal arm carry) of the Criminal Code.
