Media Council appeals to President Aliyev

Media Council is going to appeal to President Ilham Aliyev on Thursday.

MC chairman Eflatun Amashov told APA that the appeal was related to the influence of increase of prices on the activities of mass media.

He noted that the increase of energy supply prices has increased the cost prices of newspapers.

The chairman said that the appeal requests the state to enlarge advertisement market and contribute to the development of media.
